My so called sister ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
 takes way too long to post her next blog!
I understand that she has a life and is busy, but come on!
I need to feel like I am part of her and my nieces and nephew's lives!

I'll Write About The ZOO Too!

So my sister @ famthatplays.blogspot.com just blogged about when we went to the San Diego Zoo on New Years Eve....So I thought I should post the pictures that I have...You see Jared and I LOVE THE ZOO! Like way more than any adult  couple should...like that is where we went on our little mini honeymoon the Monday after we were married. So when we were in Cali for Christmas...going there was defiantly on our list of things to do... especially because its free for us since we have year passes. And you can be sure those passes have been used as much as possible. I think we went only 2 times when we were in Cali, we had planned for 3, but something came up and we didn't make it :( . But by our second trip as Nat said I was "hugely pregnant".

I realize I never really remember what happens with people because I am always concerned about whats going on in, and behind the camera.....So i do get a lot of pics, but I am realizing that I miss out on a lot more of the bonding experience when I am glued to my camera.....but I still remember loving every minute of being with family, especially my nieces and nephew....I love them more than anyone...(well except my husband and new baby girl who is screaming while I write this at 12 in the morning). So I am going to hurry and just post all the fun pictures I have.

A gift from God

I so incredibly love when Liddy is just happy and content. Usually in those moods she looks around and "talks". I always wonder who she is talking to. I wonder if she already has relationships with her grandparents that have passed like I did. I wonder if she will know things about them that we've never told her. I wonder if she will find comfort in knowing her family will always be there for her even beyond the grave.

Usually in these times she will turn and look at me for brief moments, and in those moments you can tell she is trying do hard to say something. And when I respond she gets so excited and will talk to me for a moment then she will turn suddenly talk again at the other direction she was so intently focusing on.

I love this little angel more than anything and I'm so excited to see who she will become... Just as long she doesn't grow too fast... I can't stand having to pack up her itty bitty newborn clothes because she is getting too tall for them.

Visit from "NANNY" Kenda

At the end of February my mom came to visit. 

This was perfect timing because about a week and a half 

before this Liddy started mixing up her day and night. Meaning I was up all day and all night....

Lets just say I was beginning to become a wreck. 

SO my mom came to the rescue. Although it did not fix her sleeping schedule, it did give me the much needed break that I so deserved (HAHA).

On my mom's last day here we went to the coolest park in town (Porter Park). 

It is seriously like 4 Football Fields big. 

It's very pretty in the summer when it's all green and warm....

OH HOW DO I MISS THE SUMMER...THE WARMTH, ACTUAL NATURAL VITAMIN-D, AND A TEMPERATURE ABOVE 30 DEGREES. 

So we bundled Liddy up, Strapped her in her awesome stroller (the coolest one in town may I say) and trekked the rough terrain of snow at the park. Her snow suit is supposed to be 0-3 months.....she is now 5 weeks; the thing is ginormous on her....It was about 4-5 inches before her arms would even come close too reaching the end of the sleeves ..and her feet came no where near the  little elastic feet spots....but in all it did its job and she was super toasty the entire time 

(even when she wasn't in it, we had this girl layered up good!)

"Nanny Kenda" as Jared calls my mom had a blast meeting her 4th Grandchild. 

She couldn't get enough! 

and I couldn't get enough of quiet time by myself or with Jared.
